1. In the app: sign in, then Settings → Delete account → Confirm. You will be asked for your password if your account has one.
2. On this page, without the app: enter your phone number (or email) and password in the form above and confirm.
3. Accounts without a password (created for you by the warehouse, signing in with a one-time code): delete from inside the app as in step 1, or contact us below.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no waiting period.

• Deleted immediately: your name, phone number, email and password; your store profile and addresses; your product listings (hidden from the catalog at once); all sign-in sessions and push-notification devices.
• Kept, anonymised: orders and account (ledger) movements, because they are accounting records the law and settlement with other merchants require us to keep. They are no longer linked to your name or phone number.
• Orders already being prepared or out for delivery complete; orders not yet prepared are cancelled.
